TimelyCare’s Parent/Guardian Consent Process

TimelyCare has a new, simple process for minors (under age 18) to get parent/guardian authorization and consent to access TimelyCare’s services.

1. Create a free TimelyCare Account:
   • Download the TimelyCare app from the  or the -OR-
   • Log in on the .
2. Create an account using your Â鶹´«Ã½-issued email address ending in .edu.
3. Provide basic information to get started, which takes about 2 minutes to complete.
4. Once your account is created, share the consent form with your parent/guardian for them to complete. The electronic consent form can be completed from any device, and members don’t need to log in or create a password to submit the form to our team. Click “Submit” once your parent/guardian has completed the form.
5. Check your Â鶹´«Ã½ email. Once we receive your completed consent form, a team member at TimelyCare will upload it to your account. You will then receive an email notification from TimelyCare’s customer support team confirming that your account was created.
6. Start to use TimelyCare services! Log on to TimelyCare to start using TimelyCare's helpful resources!
